This week we are featuring ALL the Chihuahuas at Woods Humane Society in celebration of our 5th Annual Chihuahuas de Mayo. All Chihuahuas have half off their adoption fees through Saturday (All of the other dogs and cats at both Woods locations and at Animal Services have ½ off their adoption fees on Saturday to join the celebration as well). Plus we will have our Chihuahua Races to see who is SLO County’s Fastest Chihuahua, music by Cuesta Ridge, food by G Brothers Smokehouse, Costume contest by Tails Pet Boutique, and obedience demonstrations by Woods University.

Hi there humans! My name is PJ. I’m a very cute, golden colored boy who is hoping to start my life with you today. I’m a pretty adorable guy, I don’t know what it is, but people think I’m so cute. I can’t argue with you about that! Anyways, I’m a sweet boy who can be shy at first but will eventually greet you with a wagging tail and a twinkle in my eye. I’ll love being in a home where I can snuggle in your lap, go on walks to get my legs moving, and have a little space to run around in. My favorite thing is to be with my person and I’m almost positive that I’ll become your little shadow once I get to know you. I know my forever family is out there and I can’t wait to meet you so we can start our lives together!
PJ is 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, chipped, and great with other dogs. He’s a little wary when he first meets you but warms up quickly and easily sells his affection for a tasty treat.
