Paso Robles Police investigators have identified the man whose body was found last week next to the railroad tracks. Authorities say 70-year-old Donald Hughes was found Friday morning by a woman walking her dog near 6th and Pine Streets. According to a department press release, an autopsy found that Hughes had died of natural causes. The investigation is ongoing.
