The three men accused of shooting an Oceano man to death in April were in court yesterday. Nathaniel Jara, and Robert and Gabriel Garay were each arraigned on murder charges. Those charges also carry a special sentencing gang enhancement if they are found guilty. When they were arrested, all three were already in jail due to unrelated cases. All three were denied bail. They’ll be back in court on September 10th.
