Paso Robles Police are investigating a fatal pedetrian vs. vehicle collision. It happened yesterday morning when Officers were called out to the river walkway under the 13th Street bridge near River Road. They found a 27-year-old man had been struck by a Paso Robles City utility truck. The victim had been laying down on the walk way when he was struck. The investigation is ongoing.
