A man wanted for murder in Tucson Arizona is behind bars this morning, in San Luis Obispo County Jail. 28-year-old Preston Scott Scruggs was one of two suspects connected to the death of a man in Tucson. He’s currently in San Luis Obispo County Jail on weapons charges and a parole violation. He’ll serve the rest of his sentence in County Jail before being extradited to Tucson to face a charge of murder.
