Supervisors Agree To Three-Year Deal

San Luis Obispo County supervisors have agreed to a three-year deal with the San Luis Obispo County Employees’ Association, the County’s largest employee union. The new deal includes pay raises over the next three years, a cap on employees’ share of pension increases and a change to call-back pay for employees who work remotely between 10 p.m. and 6:59 a.m… The new contract will cost the county roughly 12 million dollars and be funded through a combination of departmental savings, General Fund contingencies, and reserves.
