An alleged Templeton drug dealer is being charged with murder in the overdose death of an Atascadero teen. 22-year-old Timothy Wolfe is accused of selling bogus Percocet pills to a 19-year-old victim. The fake Percocet contained fentanyl, which is a powerful synthetic opioid. The victim died from fentanyl intoxication after taking one pill. Prosecutors believe Wolfe knew or should have known they contained fentanyl when he sold the pills. Wolfe is scheduled to be in court tomorrow.
