San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s investigators say it’s too soon in the investigation to say how a human foot wound up on Santa Rita Road in Templeton over the weekend. A bicyclist found the foot Sunday morning and called the Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say, while the remains are suspicious, it is too early in the investigation to determine if this is the result of an accident or foul play.
