We could find out later today if some San Luis Obispo County businesses will be allowed to reopen their indoor operations. If the county is allowed to move into Tier Two of the state’s reopening plan, gyms, restaurants, nail salons and more could reopen indoors with limited capacity and distancing. The deciding factor will be if San Luis Obispo County has met the state’s metrics over the past two weeks.
