San Luis Obispo County added 15 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the county’s total to 3,453. 3,194 have recovered. Santa Barbara County is reporting the death of another person who tested positive for COVID-19. Officials also added 25 new cases of the virus, bringing the county’s total to 8,952.
