Parking in Pismo Beach can be a hassle that impacts the city’s quality of life. City officials planned to purchase two Main Street properties and relocate the residents, with plans to build a parking structure. That plan fell through when the owners of the properties and the city could not come to an agreement. The city has rescinded its offers on the properties and is now in the process of creating a new parking plan.
