The investigation into the shooting death of a man at a Santa Maria Taco restaurant has turned into a manhunt. Police have identified 29-year-old Juan Carlos Hernandez as a suspect in the shooting death of Jose Gonzalez Medina Sunday afternoon. Police say Hernandez was seen fleeing scene in a silver 2013 Honda Fit with California license plates 6WTU141. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
