Record Number Of Voters Expected In March Election

According to the San Luis Obispo County Clerk-Recorder’s office, the upcoming California Primary could set a new record for voter participation in the county. County Clerk-Recorder Tommy Gong says a large number of voters have been taking advantage of the Mail-In ballot option. About 40,000 voters out of the 174,000 registered voters in the county have already returned their ballots. He adds that if you’re ready to send in your ballot you should do so before the March 3rd deadline.
