County Health officials reported the 8th death of a county resident with COVID-19. They say the patient was in their 80’s with underlying health conditions. They also reported 74 new cases of confirmed COVID-19. Bringing the county’s case total to 1,467. Officials in Santa Barbara County reported 162 new cases, bringing the county’s total to 5,444 confirmed cases.
