Convicted Fugitive Sent To Prison For 20 Years

A man who spent six years on the run will be spending the next 20 years in prison for his role in the 2013 death of a Paso Robles man. David Rodriguez Hernandez fled to Mexico after he and three other men killed 37-year-old Victor Sanchez. Sanchez’s ex-girlfriend, Maria del Carmen Granados Fajardo paid the men 12,000 dollars. She’s currently serving 21-to-life. Rodriguez Hernandez entered a plea deal to avoid a pending murder charge. Three others are still on the run.
