Governor Gavin Newsom is expected to lift the state’s Stay-At-Home order later today. While Northern California and the Sacramento area, are already under relaxed coronavirus rules that allow outdoor dining and other business activity. The announcement will apply to the Bay Area, the San Joaquin Valley, Southern California, which includes San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
