Assemblyman Jordan Cunningham has introduced two bills designed to combat human trafficking. The first, AB 662, makes adjustments to current legislation to help close down trafficking locations by simplifying current law. The second, AB 663 would establish mandatory minimum fines for convicted pimps, traffickers and johns. Both bills have been referred to the Assembly Committee on Public Safety, but have not made it to the floor.
