The suspect in a deadly Paso Robles DUI incident is due in court later today. Sarah Hale is facing a number of charges stemming from an incident last December that ultimately killed Jose Montesguillen. According to police investigators, he was trying to keep Hale from driving drunk. Last month she pleaded not guilty to felonies, including felony gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
