An Atascadero High School student could be facing criminal charges for taking videos in a girls’ bathroom. Atascadero Police say they were notified last week about the incident by school officials. Investigators say the video was primarily an audio recording and no private areas were shown. School officials say the student involved is no longer enrolled at Atascadero High School. Police investigators have recommended that the D.A.’s office file two misdemeanor charges against the student.
