San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the possible drowning in Paso Robles. Investigators say they were called out to a report of a possible drowning at Franklin Pond on Creston Road yesterday morning at around 10:15. When they arrived, they found the body of 26-year-old Hugo Diaz De Alva. Investigators have initially called the De Alva’s death a drowning, but an autopsy will determine his manner and cause of death.
