Cal Fire along the U.S. Forest Service and Santa Barbara County Fire were called out to a report of a small vegetation fire yesterday afternoon. Officials say the first call came in at around 2 p.m… The fire was burning in Bull Canyon east of Santa Maria. When crews arrived the flames had scorched about a quarter of an acre. By 3, firefighters had the flames fully contained. The cause is under investigation.
