A short high-speed pursuit lands an Atascadero Man behind bars yesterday. Authorities say it started with a call about a motorcyclist riding recklessly. Another caller claimed the motorcyclist had a gun. When officers arrived on Carrizo Road, the rider fled. Officers say he reached speeds between 80 and 100 miles an hour before crashing in a vacant lot. 27-year-old Jason Raybon was arrested and booked on a number of charges.
