California A.G. Files Civil Action In SLO County

The California Attorney General’s Office has filed a civil action in San Luis Obispo Superior Court against an L.A.-based cannabis company following a search of its Nipomo warehouse. The filing alleges Lowell Herb Co. was operating without a processor’s license. A raid of the company’s warehouse in March turned up more than 18,000 pre-rolled joints. According to KSBY, if Lowell Farms loses the case, they could be fined more than 28,000 dollars. They’re due in court in April.
