The preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing another man at a taco shop in Santa Maria has been moved to February. 29-year-old Juan Carlos Hernandez is believed to be the person responsible for killing 33-year-old Jose Medina Gonzalez at 805 Tacos in October. Hernandez fled to Mexico but was eventually brought back to Santa Maria. He’s pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.
