Super Tuesday

With Super Tuesday finally, upon us, California election officials are bracing for what could be a record turnout for a presidential primary election. Locally, a record number of residents have registered to vote and according to County Clerk-Recorder Tommy Gong, almost 55,000 voters had already turned in their ballots. With a large number of voters voting by mail, election results are not expected to be immediate. The first round of results will be announced at 8 o’clock tonight.
