Two people from Fresno are behind bars after using a stolen credit card at a San Luis Obispo hotel. Management called police about the fake credit card. When they arrived, officers found several ounces of methamphetamine and heroin packaged for sale along with other sales-related items. They also found a credit card embossing machine and cards with stolen credit card information. 60-year-old Millie and 36-year-old Kenneth Popovic were booked on several charges. The investigation is ongoing.
