A San Luis Obispo County planning commissioner to replace Adam Hill as District 3 supervisor. Governor Gavin Newsom made the announcement was made Friday afternoon. Dawn Ortiz-Legg will serve two years of Hill’s four-year term, then the seat will be up for grabs during the general election in 2022. According to the Tribune, She was appointed to the Planning Commission in 2018 by Adam Hill. Her swearing-in date has yet to be scheduled.
