The San Luis Obispo County Public Health Department is urging people who believe they may have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 to self-isolate. According to the Tribune, being in “close contact” involves being within 6 feet or closer for 15 minutes or more. county Health Officer Dr. Penny Borenstein said n a recent press release, “don’t wait to isolate.” On Friday, the county reported 191 new COVID-19 cases.
