A two-year-old murder investigation lands a suspect behind bars. in January 2019, 90-year-old Lawrence Bross was found dead inside his Oceano home. An autopsy determined a cause of death was “multiple chop force traumatic injuries.” Sheriff Ian Parkinson identified 41-year-old David Krause as the suspect in the case. DNA evidence led to his arrest. He was already in jail on unrelated charges when he was arrested for Lawrence Bross’s murder. Krause is due in court for arraignment this Thursday.
