A new study into how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted local businesses was released this week. San Luis Obispo County leaders learned that area businesses had seen revenues drop 32 percent lower than pre-pandemic levels. They also learned that the lowest-earning employees made up a majority of job losses. According to KSBY, these findings will be used to help officials develop a recovery plan for the region.
