Crews will be flying over PG&E power lines west of Templeton and Paso Robles today and east of Nipomo and the Huasna area inspecting the transmission lines that criss-cross both counties. PG&E officials say there will be a full-scale emergency drill on Friday in both areas as part of a simulated public safety power shut-off in the event of a major wildfire that impacts power transmission lines.
