The trial of a Paso Robles man accused of possessing thousands of lewd images and videos of children got underway yesterday. 49-year-old Jason Porter was originally arrested back in 2016 after a neighbor caught him taking pictures of her daughter. He has pleaded not guilty to all 58 criminal counts against him, including 17 felony charges. If convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
