Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties are moving into the less restrictive Yellow Tier of California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. The announcement comes just days before the state transitions out of the color-coded tier system to full reopening. It allows businesses to boost sales, while moving forward to a full reopening on June 15th.
