Cal Poly officials say another fraternity is under investigation for hazing and other allegations. Authorities say Phi Kappa Psi is under investigation again for allegedly violating laws and campus policy. On Tuesday, the fraternity was temporarily suspended from activities in which alcohol may be present, while the San Luis Obispo university investigates for alleged violation of laws, campus policy, alcohol, hazing, conspiracy to haze and endangerment. While Phi Kappa Psi is under investigation, it does not mean that any violations occurred.
