The San Luis Obispo City employee who pleaded guilty to assaulting two people at an Avila Beach bar is now asking to serve his time at a so-called “pay-to-stay” jail in Southern California. The Sheriff’s Office has the final say where Chris Olcott will spend his 60 days behind bars.
