The California Public Health Department is asking everyone to stop vaping. In California alone, 90 people who have a history of vaping have been hospitalized with severe breathing problems and lung damage… Two have died in California. Nationwide there are over 500 people who have suffered. Now California’s Department of Public Health is issuing a health advisory calling on everyone to stop vaping – no matter what substance or source until investigators figure out what’s making people sick. California Gov. Gavin Newsom recently directed the state to spend $20 million on a public awareness campaign about the dangers of vaping nicotine and cannabis.
