San Luis Obispo Police have identified the woman whose body was found on a neighborhood sidewalk early Saturday morning. Investigators say 29-year-old Nicole Cordone was unresponsive when she was found lying on the sidewalk of Poinsettia Street. Authorities say at the time of her death, she was being treated for a number of medical issues. No foul play is suspected in her death. An official cause of death could take weeks. The investigation is ongoing.
